My first time in Dallas, and I was craving ramen. This place was an amazing choice! From the moment we arrived, everything was fantastic. Our server, Janet, was absolutely wonderful and provided such amazing service. The food quality was sensational, and the atmosphere had such a cozy, welcoming vibe that made the experience even better. The service was excellent from start to finish, and I have to mention the mochi dessert. It was absolutely delicious! I’ve had the chance to visit Japan and try ramen there, and honestly, this ramen was just as delicious, if not better, than many of the ramen restaurants I’ve tried in Japan. I’ll definitely be coming back!

My personal favorite ramen in the DFW area so far! In particular, their tonkotsu ramen is a must-try—the broth is so flavorful. If you are a big fan of vegetables, the Shin Jiro Style Ramen will be your best choice (the broth is on the saltier side, in my opinion). We come here really often. I also highly recommend the curry and their handmade pork gyoza; those are amazing too. Highly recommend! 😍😍🧚🏻‍♀️🧚🏻‍♀️"

We’re visiting from nyc and also recently traveled to japan so we tried plenty of ramen. After all the bbq and steaks we had out here we needed some ramen. Moriya shokudo blew our expectations. Everything we ordered was delicious. Takoyaki and shishito pepper tasted authentic. The black double garlic tonkotsu ramen with kara negi topping (slightly spicy scallions) on the side is the perfect combination. Plenty of parking and easy to find. Definitely going back one last time before we fly back to ny.

Ok...this may be lengthy but it's worth the read. I went with family to Japan a year ago and the food was divine. Of every restaurant in the US that I have been to this is pretty spot on to the food I experienced IN Japan. Everything was absolutely delicious!!! We got the Omurice Chicken Katsu Curry and added the double cheese and my goodness! The katsu was crispy and tender, the omurice was gorgeous and delicious, and the curry was so incredibly flavorful! I almost wanted to lick the bowl clean 😅 My daughter got the Yuzu ramen and she said the Chashu was so good and the broth was flavorful and sooo good. We got the Goka Q as an appetizer and they had a nice zing to them but they were sitting in this delicious and zesty sauce. The service was top tier. We were seated quickly and the ambience was so cute. There was a Manga bookshelf and the tvs play Studio Ghibli which was amazing bevause they played Howls Moving Castle which is my favorite!!! The server Tai was so patient, personable, and quick! He definitely heightened the experience and we for sure will be back!!!

This place has officially become one of my go-to spots. My favorites are the Spicy Jiro Ramen, Fried Oyster, and Curry with Tonkatsu. Everything is just so delicious, and honestly, it’s my favorite ramen restaurant by far. The servers are incredibly friendly, and every visit has such a cozy, welcoming vibe. If you haven’t been yet, I absolutely highly recommend checking it out!
